CONSOLIDATING is the care and attention given to a new believer. The new convert should complete P.E.P (Pre-Encounter, Encounter, Post-Encounter). "baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit..."
DISCIPLING is taught and maturity begins to happen in the life of a new believer. "teaching them to observe everything that I have commanded you..."
SENDING brings multiplication and opens new cells, as the mature convert begins to win others to Jesus. "and lo, I am with you always, even until the end of the age."
